The structure is designed to align with best practices in nonprofit governance and humanitarian coordination.

1. Board of Directors

At the apex of the organization is the Board of Directors, a diverse and experienced group of professionals who provide strategic direction, governance oversight, and policy guidance. The Board meets regularly to review performance, approve budgets, and support fundraising and compliance.

2. Executive Director (ED)

The Executive Director is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and overall management of MADO. As the chief executive, the ED oversees program implementation, donor relations, staff management, and organizational development. The ED reports directly to the Board of Directors.

3. Senior Management Team

The Executive Director is supported by a Senior Management Team, which includes:

4. Program Coordinators

Each thematic area is led by a Program Coordinators, who is responsible for implementation, budgeting, and monitoring of sector-specific activities. Program Coordinators report to the Programs Manager and coordinate with M&E Officers, field staff, and community structures.

This structure allows MADO to maintain programmatic agility, ensure operational accountability, and uphold a community-centered approach across all areas of service delivery.
